These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the booking and purchase of guided outdoor activity experiences through this website, operated by:<\/p>\n
(hereinafter, “the Company”, “we” or “us”).<\/p>\n\n
These terms regulate the contracting of guided outdoor activities and related services offered on this website (the “Activity”), between the Company and the customer (“you”, “the Customer”).<\/p>\n\n
Payment is made online through the methods available at checkout at the time of booking.<\/p>\n\n
Outdoor mountain activities depend on weather and terrain conditions. The selected date is subject to change due to adverse weather conditions.<\/strong> If the Activity cannot take place safely on the chosen date, we will contact you to offer a new date<\/strong> for the Activity. If no alternative date can be agreed between the parties, the Customer will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.<\/p>\n\n The Activity is a leisure service provided on a specific date<\/strong>. In accordance with Article 103(l) of the Spanish consumer protection law (Real Decreto Legislativo 1\/2007, TRLGDCU)<\/strong>, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply<\/strong> to contracts for the provision of leisure services performed on a specific date or period. By completing your booking, you acknowledge and expressly accept that, for this reason, you have no right of withdrawal<\/strong>. This does not affect the weather-rescheduling described in clause 5.<\/p>\n\n Cancellations requested by the Customer at least 5 days before<\/strong> the booked activity date may be rescheduled or refunded.
